Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather issues, or carrier-related delays, which are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over a certain amount, which may vary during promotional periods.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Coral Betty is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs processing.


Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or monogrammed products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style of equal value. Please email us to check availability. Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Coral Betty error.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work promptly to replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
